How Valuing Yourself is Magnetizing

Valuing your well-being and your desires is a key component to how others will perceive you.

When you don’t take care of yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually others can feel it. When you are depleted, tired, burned out, hungry, overwhelmed, depressed, angry etc. others can feel it. And you wear it even though you try to hide it with fake smiles, fancy clothes, and lies.

If others feel that you don’t care for yourself they can’t trust you will care for them.


They feel repelled by your lack of self-awareness even though they don’t know why. They just feel something isn’t right and won’t do business with you or spend time with you.

When you are full of energy, nourishment, love, enthusiasm, and turned ON with horny energy for life, others are naturally attracted to that energy. You become charismatic and attract to you others of the same energy and mindfulness.

Everything is energy and people pick up on the energy around them all the time.


People are energetically searching for energy, relationships, and opportunities that will help them survive. A little bit like the survival of the fittest.

The higher your life force energy, the more you will attract others and the support for your desires, moving you into the energy of thriving. When you invest in yourself the Universe supports you. There is no lack. The “how’s” and means are all available to you when you commit and invest your time and energy to see it through.

Where can you value yourself more? What will have you feel more turned ON about your life?

  • Meditate
  • Sleep 7-9 hours
  • Take time away from electronics
  • Move your body every day
  • Drink more water
  • Spend time with friends
  • Eat a healthier diet (i.e. cut out sugar)
  • Hire someone to clean your home or cook your meals or assist you in your office
  • Commit to creating a new habit(s) today and stay with it at least a month to get new results

The attention you pay to yourself is the difference between surviving and thriving.

Remind yourself repeatedly throughout the day, “I AM WORTH IT!” “I CAN DO IT”
