All your fears are learned, except the fear of falling and loud noises. You have been brainwashed with fears that run in your family, media advertising, culture and religion beliefs, and what you believed as a child to be true through your experiences. You are projecting your conditioned fears in the present moment and into your future where they are not true.

I’ll have to sacrifice myself, (time, energy, soul, needs) in order to help others.
What if I fail? I’ll be humiliated, feel shame and guilt…
What if I succeed? No privacy, no independence, no boundaries,
What if I’m not good enough?
What if I can’t handle it?
What if it’s too hard?
What if it’s not fun?
What if it’s too much? overwhelmed and overstimulated
What if I’m too much?
I don’t want to lose control of my life.
I don’t want to get hurt.
